Dossier de presse Dancewalk – Matripoine

A l’occasion de la journée de la proclamation de la République de Neuchâtel, et à l’invitation de l’ADN et du CCN-Théâtre du Pommier, Foofwa, accompagné de Alizée Sourbé, convie des danseuses et des danseurs de la région à intégrer la marche du 1er Mars lors d’une dancewalk citoyenne entre La Chaux-de Fonds et Neuchâtel. Une dancewalk évoquant le Printemps des Peuples issu de l’esprit d’émancipation de 1848, dédiée à la diversité de nos sociétés et ouverte à tous.

Dancewalk — Histoire de la Bipédie (work-in-progress)
Marchedanse pour le théâtre sur la condition humaine bipède

La bipédie, c’est ce mode de locomotion qui nous définit en tant qu’humains. La bipédie, c’est cette marche sur deux pattes qui nous permet de libérer les bras et les mains, c’est cette posture qui délie la parole, c’est cette condition qui déploie la culture humaine.

La Dancewalk, elle, c’est cette activité où la marche devient danse, c’est cette danse bipède qui voyage à travers la planète. Il semble tout à fait naturel que la Dancewalk explore et étudie cette particularité kinesthésique des humains, avec l’attention aux détails que la chorégraphie pour la scène théâtrale nous fournit.

Lucy, Toumaï et Orrorin, alias Alizée Sourbé, Alex Landa Agirretxe et Foofwa d’Imobilité, exemplifient avec leur corps du XXIe siècle ce qu’il faut démontrer: le passage de la quadripédie à la bipédie, les mouvements des pré-humains, les danses préhistoriques, les prémices de la culture bipède, autrement dit, l’esquisse d’une paléonchorégraphie.

Nous n’irons pas par quatre chemins: nous demandons que nos sociétés se transforment d’un patriarcat à un ordre matristique, ou mieux ‘matriartistique’. Au mal-point où nous sommes, allons droit au but: pour sauver la terre, il faut une société plus yin que yang, il faut qu’on fasse confiance à celles qui donnent la vie pour diriger les opérations du sauvetage de la vie.

‘Mépris Violence’
Nos corps manifestent d’eux-mêmes: ils ressentent dans leurs cellules le cynisme, le mépris et la violence des gouvernements non seulement face à l’urgence climatique mais aussi aux injustices sociales. Ces deux thèmes sont liés. Les 4 danseureuses seront accompagnées par les participant-es des ateliers Dancewalk de la semaine
Ouvert à tout un chacune, de toutes les âges et les mobilités
Point de départ : 14h30 au parking ONF de Yerres

A l’arrivée aux serres, une collation sera offerte

‘Bonheur Malgré Touf’
Par notre promenade dansée sur la Tégéval, nous passons du monde des fous au monde des fougères. Nous communiquons avec les arbres, les oiseaux, les insectes et les humains grâce à nos corps dansant dans la joie de l’être-ensemble. Car ces arbres centenaires ou millénaires, ça force le respect et ça s’honore: nous leur chantons, entre autres, Rendez-nous la lumière de Dominique A, Aujourd’hui de Camille, Pour la nature de Barbara Carlotti, L’univers, Sacré géranium et La transformation de Dick Annegarn.
Nous nommons aussi les initiatives citoyennes et politiques vers un monde plus écologique, respectueux de la nature. Et surtout nous dansons, nous dansons, en avançant vers la seule révolution possible, celle du retour à la vie et au respect de chacune sur terre. Car on n’arrête pas un peuple qui danse.

Between Charrat and Martigny in Guercet there is a chapel entirely decorated by Mizette Putallaz (paintings, altarpiece and statues), the first ever graduate of the school of fine arts (today EDHEA). She even had to design her own Diploma. In the 1950s, in Valais, she had to fight to defend her right to being a female painter.

  • to see how variations of walking with the legs, the arms, the torso, is already dancing.

  • to feel the freedom in one’s body;
  • to decide of one’s own destiny going forward through time while dancing;
