Michèle Gurtner

Michèle Gurtner was born in Bern, grew up in Lausanne, and was trained at the Ticino school Dimitri.

She founded the company Gloriarigole, and had seven years of working together with tours in Switzerland and France. She continued collaborative work with the Company “Demain on change de nom”, collaborating on two productions.

Under the direction of Christian Geffroy she tackled Molière and Chekhov. During this time she integrated two years at the “collectif du Grü” of Geneva, including one year dedicated to “lao d’enfer”, and the study of Dante’s Inferno under the direction of Maya Bösch, Pascal Rambert and Marco Berrettini, among others.

She met Oskar Gomez Mata and performed as an actress for the first time with Alakran in “Construis ta jeep”, then “Epiphania” in “Kaïros” and in “Suis à la messe, reviens de suite” shows performed in Switzerland and abroad. She also interprets for Foofwa d’Imobilité, Marielle Pinsard and the “Club des Arts”. Since 2009 she is pursuing a collaborative research with François Gremaud and Tiphanie Bovay, which has born “KKQQ”, “Le Récital” and “Présentation”. In 2012 she created the play “Les rapports oraux des services” with Sebastian Grosset for the Swiss Cultural Center.
